Abstract

[fre] L'exode rural est un phénomène bien , connu. Mais quelle est la réaction des milieux industriels devant la main-d'œuvre d'origine agricole ? Comment celle-ci s'adapte-t-elle au milieu nouveau, aux techniques nouvelles ? Comment l'emploi industriel est-il considéré par ceux, qui restent agriculteurs ? . Le mouvement des mutations a concerné jusqu'à présent. une majorité de jeunes salariés ou aides familiaux, il s'est opéré dans un climat d'expansion industrielle. Si ce mouvement de transfert touche des agriculteurs plus âgés. et davantage d'exploitants, les difficultés croîtront. En effet, l'emploi exige de plus en plus de technicité et la conversion sociale est plus difficile pour un exploitant que pour un aide familial ou un salarié agricole.
