Abstract

[fre] La révolution qui bouleverse l'information procède à la fois de l'accroissement de la masse des informations, du développement des moyens de maniement et de traitement de ces informations, et des progrès de la psychologie et de la sociologie, amenant, dans son usage, une attitude de plus en plus rationnelle. . Quelles sont les fonctions et les formes de l'information, sa place dans la dynamique de l'action économique •? Quelles transformations subissent le maniement et le traitement de l'information ? Les opérations concernant l'information se présentent groupées en réseaux qu'il serait souhaitable de réorganiser en vue d'un meilleur rendement. [eng] The revolution in the field of information originates both in the growth of the mass of information,, in the development of the means of its treatment and in the progress of psychology and sociology which, when used, leads to a more and more rational attitude. . Which are the functions and forms of information and its place in the economic development ? Which changes are the handling and the treatment of information going through ? . The operations concerning information are grouped in channels which should be reorganized in order to give a better return.
