Abstract

[eng] A' farmer's view on the disturbing problems of land shortage and the gaps in the present legislation ; he suggests (in his way) to ma\e a distinction between land ownership and farming. [fre] Un agriculteur apporte son témoignage sur les inquiétants problèmes posés par le manque de terre et les carences de la législation actuelle ; il propose de séparer propriété du sol et exploitation.
