Abstract

[eng] Michel Prada is in favor of the so-called « twin peaks » regulation, such as it is developed in France. In this system, market regulation and financial intermediaries regulation are clearly separated. This doesn’t prevent the two regulators to cooperate efficiently. Michel Prada is opposed to a European SEC : it is however essential to organise a real and active cooperation between national regulators. . JEL Classifications : G18
