[fre] Partant du constat que les marchés financiers ne s'auto régulent pas, conduisent à des crises fréquentes, mais qu'ils sont indispensables à une bonne allocation des ressources dans l'économie, l'auteur formule une série de dix propositions concrètes de nature à assurer la stabilité financière, considérée comme un bien public. . Noticing that the financial markets are unable to self-regulate, hence regular and violent real and financial crisis, but that they are essential to a good allocation of resources across the economy, the author puts forward ten concrete propositions meant to maintain the financial stability, considered as a public good. .
