Abstract

[fre] Parmi les facteurs explicatifs de la crise, le mode de rémunération des banques d’investissement et de leurs employés ne peut pas être ignoré : . - pour les banques, cela concerne la perception immédiate d’une rémunération sur les transactions, notamment de titrisation, indépendamment de leur déroulement ultérieur ; . - pour les employés des banques, il s’agit d’une asymétrie de la relation entre prise de risque et rémunération. Ce constat suggère une révision tant de la gouvernance des banques que des critères appliqués par leurs autorités de contrôle pour l’appréciation de leurs risques, notamment dans les opérations de titrisation pour lesquelles une part du risque devrait rester à la charge de l’initiateur des crédits titrisés.
