Abstract

[fre] Force est de cons rater que les nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication ont un impact important sur tous les domaines de l'activité des établissements financiers, y compris les organismes de crédit. Leur croissance continue et elles peuvent être considérées comme l'un des principaux facteurs de changements à venir dans ce secteur. Cet article revient, tout d'abord, sur la place d'Internet dans la distribution des crédits à la consommation, ainsi que sur les nouveaux risques et enjeux que ce mode de distribution implique. Puis, il analyse les évolutions dans l'organisation de l'entreprise qu'Internet suppose. Enfin, il conclut sur les perspectives pour les années à venir. . Classification JEL : G21, 033 [eng] Consumer credits on line . IT play an important role on financial institutions, especially on credit institutions. They are considered to be the main factor that stimulates changes in this sector. This article deals with the Web role on consumer credit's distribution, the new risks and challenges that this distribution channel implies. The author analyses the organisation changes in the firm implied by IT. He concludes on challenges for the future. . JEL classification : G21, 033
