Abstract

[eng] Six remarks about global finance : close speech of conference « returns into global finance » . This article suggests six remarks about global finance, capital mobility, equity returns and corporate governance. The first remark deals with international comparison of statistics’ problems. The second regards firm’s restructuration and returns. The third concerns the influence of collective administrators. The fourth deals with the stability of financial systems. The last two remarks concern European monetary and financial policy. . JEL classifications : G32 [fre] Cet article propose six remarques en matière de finance globalisée, de mobilité du capital, de nouvelles modalités de rémunération des fonds propres et de gouvernement d’entreprise. La première fait référence aux problèmes de comparaison internationale des données statistiques. La deuxième concerne les restructurations d’entreprises et les gains que l’on peut en retirer. La troisième remarque aborde le rôle des gestionnaires collectifs de fonds. La quatrième série de questions concerne le problème de la stabilité du système financier. Enfin, les cinquième et sixième remarques abordent les problèmes de politique monétaire et de l’espace financier européen. . Classification JEL : G32
