Abstract

[eng] The economic system is more and more characterized by a knowledge based economy. Nevertheless, as regards the theories-in-use, the analysis of the capabilities of the firm and the Human Capital Theory appear as two separate fields, respectively occupied by industrial and labor economists. In this paper, our aim is to link the analysis concerning the capabilities of the firm and the capabilities of the workers. An evolutionary theory of labour microeconomics is needed.
