Abstract

[fre] L'article s'intéresse au cas de l'innovation produit dans les services, en identifiant d'abord les types d'innovations générés dans la grande distribution. L'analyse se porte ensuite sur l'évolution des compétences rendues nécessaires par cette évolution du métier d'offreur de service. Enfin, à chaque type d'innovation est associé un mode de coordination des activités signifiant qu'il y a une relation entre un mode de coordination et le mode d'évolution des compétences, c'est-à-dire avec le type d'innovation généré. Une place particulière est consacrée à la coproduction de l'innovation produit. [eng] This article deals with the case of product innovation in service activities. A first step consists in identifying the different types of innovations. We then concentrate on the evolution of the competencies which has been necessary to generate such a transformation of the sector's capabilities. Finally each type of product innovation is associated with a coordination mechanism, which leads to the conclusion that there is a coevolution of the organization and the competencies of the firm, thus leading to the different types of innovation. The coproduction of product innovation is presented here as a vertuous way of sharing competences and generating innovation.
