Abstract

[eng] Self-organization and cognition constitute an interesting reference to understand the evolution of knowledge within the firm. Our aim is to identify some conditions which lead to such a coherent evolution. The identification of different levels of analysis allows us to underline the cognitive foundations of diversity. In order to explain the knowledge transfers as well as learning processes, we need to specify the very nature of individual interactions. Finally, the entrepreneurial business conception seems to be a key notion in understanding how an organizational coherence can emerge.
