[eng] The purpose of this paper is to analyze the learning process of the J firm related to horizontal coordination, taking successively into account the shops (and the workers), the links between the shops and, lastly, the consistency of these decentralized operations with the goals of organization. The difficulties and the theoretical problems are emphasized along with the viability constraints on the learning process.
