Abstract

). [eng] Individual performance can be connected with several fields, often investigated separately, for example financial accounts and basic positioning and behavioural characteristics.. A multivariate analysis, crossing accounting ratios and economic and strategic variables, leads, however, to an integration of these two axes, identifying significative correlations between the main features of business success (profitabilite, growth), its accounting translation (position of industrial and financial risk, composition of added value,...) and its basic foundations and real determinants (strategic choices, efficiency of the management,...).
