[fre] Dans cet article, l'analyse des processus d'innovation, considérés comme des processus de création de technologie et caractérisés par l'existence de processus de production verticalement intégrés séparables, permet de reconsidérer la stratégie technologique des entreprises et l'articulation entre la recherche publique et l'activité industrielle, et de proposer de nouveaux objectifs aux politiques technologiques. [eng] In this paper, the analysis of the innovative processes, defined as processes of creation of technology and characterized by the existence of separable production processes vertically integrated, allow to reconsider the technological strategy of the firms and the articulation between the public research and teh industrial activity, and to suggest new objectives for technological policies.
