Abstract

[fre] Jean-Paul Bernard : Conflits sociaux et économie industrielle.. L'économie industrielle a tendance à négliger les interactions entre faits économiques et faits sociaux. L'analyse des grèves, tant au niveau de l'entreprise qu'à celui du secteur, est un des moyens de rendre compte de la logique du développement du capital et du travail. Nous présentons quelques résultats de ces liaisons en soulignant l'importance des modes de croissance et de la dimension des unités de production dans la genèse et la différenciation des conflits. [eng] Jean-Paul Bernard : Social conflicts facin g industrial economy. The interactions between the economie and social aspects of industrial activity tend to be usually overlooked. The analysis of strikes, both at the level of firms and of industries, is one way of bringing out the logic of the development of capital and labour. The article gives some indications as concerns these links, illustrating the importance of growth and size of the production plants in the genesis and differentiation of conflict.
