Abstract

[eng] Abstract In a micro-owners' populated country, where wages pay was vital, the old persons were particularly vulnerable. Parisian custom did not afford a sufficient protection for the widowers and for the widows. It left the parents without resort, and still worse, without power. Then the parents used various processes to make sure they would have a minimal subsistence, in agreement with the custom.
