Abstract

[fre] Résumé Cet article analyse les effets de l'émergence et du développeront de l'électricité sur l'organisation des marchés et des institutions financières. Dans une premier temps, de grandes entreprises ont remplacé les petites sociétés initialement créées. Dans un second temps, ont été fondées des sociétés holding capables de rassembler des capitaux pour financer le développement des firmes électriques. [eng] Abstract This article analyses the effects of emergence and development of electricity on the organization of capital markets and financial institutions. At first, large corporations have superseded the small enterprises, initially created. Then holdings companies have been founded able to gather capital to finance the development of electrical firms.
