Ouvarov souhaite démontrer que les cas de « déviance » réparables dans les documents notariés peuvent permettre d'établir une sorte de « graphologie » fondée sur la correspondance des actes et des attitudes notariales avec l'identité personnelle. Elle prouve que des traités propres à l'individualité émergent des actes, malgré les contraintes de forme notariale, ou bien grâce à elles... [eng] Abstract Through his study, P. Ouvarov hopes to show that the examples of « deviance », which can be found in documents drawn up by notaries, allow a sort of « graphology » to be established, based upon the correspondence of notarial eacts ans attitudes with personal identity.
