Abstract

[eng] Abstract After examining the respective activities of the royal, seigniorial, municipal and ecclesiastical juridictions, our study tends to show the preservation of the lord's justices, the renewal of the town tribunals by means of the Courts of Arts and Crafts, the innumerable forest offences as well as a real shower of fiscal contestations to the financial courts. However an evolution can be noticed. Indeed, whereas the number of criminal and civil cases diminishes, administrative disputes and economic offences develop.
