Abstract

[eng] Regression and transformation of the consumption of alcohol in France - The French way of life and, in particular, consumption have profoundly changed since 1950. Wine, for example, is no longer considered an ordinary daily drink. With this, the nature, quantity and quality of alcoholic beverages consumed in the home have also evolved : the proportion of wine has decreased and the proportion of beer has increased.
