Les revenus fiscaux des ménages en 1979

Abstract

[fre] En 1979, les 10 % de ménages déclarant les revenus les plus élevés percevaient près de 30 % de la masse totale des revenus. Un ménage dont le chef était ouvrier disposait, avant prestations sociales, d'un revenu de 55 800 F; il faut multiplier ce revenu par 2,5 lorsque le chef du ménage était cadre supérieur. L'écart relatif était cependant moins important qu'entre les seules ressources des chefs de ménage. La dispersion des revenus se réduit. Mais, pour les ménages de salariés, ce mouvement de réduction s'est fortement ralenti dès 1970. Depuis 1975, les inégalités n'ont diminué qu'au sein de la catégorie des inactifs. C'est aussi pour cette catégorie sociale que les revenus ont le plus progressé depuis cette date, sous l'effet de nombreuses mesures législatives. Lorsqu'on compare les revenus par personne, l'écart se creuse entre les niveaux de vie des diverses catégories sociales. La position des membres des ménages dont le chef est ouvrier est plus défavorable, puisque ces ménages sont de plus grande taille que les'autres. L'effet est bien sûr inverse pour les inactifs. [eng] Household fiscal income in 1979 - In 1979, 10 % of the households that declared the highest incomes were paid almost 30 % of the total amount of income. A household whose head was a worker had at its disposal, before social security benefits, an income of 55 800 francs. This figure must be multiplied by 2,5 when the head of household is an executive or professional. The relation, however, is less significant when the income specific to heads of households is considered. The spread of income is diminishing. But, for the households of wage-earners, this tendency started to slow in 1970. Since 1970, inequalities have decreased only in the heart of the category of non-workers. It is also for this social category that incomes have progressed the most since this date, as a result of numerous legislative measures. When income per person is compared, the difference is marked between the standards of living of diverse social categories. The position of members of households where the head is a worker is more disadvantaged, since these households are of larger size than the others. The effect is, of course, the inverse for non-workers. Un hogar, cuyo cabeza de familia era obrero disponía, sin las prestaciones sociales, de un ingreso de 55 800 francos; es menester multiplicar dicho ingreso por 2,5 cuando el cabeza de familia era cuadro dirigente superior. El descarte relativo era, no obstante, de menor importancia que entre los meros recursos de los cabezas de familia. La dispersion de los ingresos se va aminorando. Mas para los hogares de asalariados dicho movimiento de aminoración se fué ralentizando considerablemente a partir de 1970. Desde 1975, las desigualdades no aminoraron mas que para la categoría de inactivos. También es para esta categoría social que los ingresos progresaron mis desde dicha fecha, a raíz de numerosas medidas legislative. Al equipararse los ingresos por persona, el descarte se profundiza entre los nivales de vida de las diversas categorías sociales. La posición de los miembros de los hogares cuyo cabeza de familia es obraro es más desfavorable ya que dichos hogares son de mayor dimension que los demás. El efecto es, por supuesto, a la inversa para los inactivos.
