1968-1975 : renouvellement accéléré du parc de logements

Abstract

[fre] On a beaucoup construit en France entre 1968 et 1975. C'est ce qui ressort en tout cas des résultats du recensement de 1975. Le phénomène le plus marquant est l'accélération de la croissance du parc de résidences principales (près de 2 millions de plus qu'en 1968). Celui-ci se trouve, de ce fait, sensiblement rajeuni. Parallèlement, le nombre de logements vacants et de résidences secondaires a continué à augmenter à un rythme élevé (plus de 4 % en moyenne de 1968 à 1975). L'essor de la construction soutenue par les aides de l'État a favorisé l'amélioration des conditions de confort et de peuplement ainsi qu'une détente progressive du marché. On a assisté également au développement de l'accession à la propriété, de maisons individuelles notamment. L'arrivée à l'âge adulte des générations nombreuses de l'après-guerre et le renforcement du phénomène de décohabitation ont fortement contribué à la mobilité résidentielle. Toutefois, le renouvellement du parc de logements ne doit pas faire oublier la persistance d'importantes inégalités dans les conditions de logement des Français, en particulier dans le domaine du confort ; les personnes âgées et les agriculteurs étant sur ce point les plus défavorisés. El fenomeno que mâs destaca es el de la acceleration del incremento del parque de residencias habituales (alrededor de dos millones mas que en 1968). Por tanto, el parque de viviendas expérimenta un notable mejoramiento. Simultáneamente, el numéro de viviendas desocupadas y de fincas de recreo siguió increment ándose a ritmo más elevado (un promedio que supera el 4% desde 1968 y hasta1975). El arranque persistente de la edificación mediante ayudas estatales favoreció el mejoramiento del grado de comodidades y de ocupación y se manifesto un aligeramiento progresivo del mercado de la vivienda. También fué factible presenciar el desarrollo del número de adquiridores de viviendas, especialmente de fincas individuates. Las numerosas generaciones de la posguerra que llegaron a la edad adulta y el hecho de irse extendiendo el fenomeno de desconvivencia concurrieron intensamente a instaurar la movilidad residencial. No obstante, el renuevo del parque de la vivienda no debe de ocultar el hecho de que subsisten desigualdades de consideración respecto a condiciones de alojamiento entre Franceses, especialmente con relación al grado de comodidades ; sobre el particular, los ancianos y los agricultores se averiguan muy desfavorecidos. [eng] 1968-1975 : accelerated Housing Renewal - From 1968 to 1975, there was a great deal of construction going on in France. At least that is what the census of 1975 indicates. The most important development is the accelerated growth of principal residence housing (nearly 2 million more than in 1968 were recorded for 1975). These latter, as a result, are markedly renovated. The number of vacant dwellings and secondary residences continued to increase at a high rate (more than 4 % on the average from 1968-1975). The state-subsidized construction effort favored the raising of comfort conditions and eased crowded housing situations, as well as easing the housing market itself. There was an increase as well in property and housing acquisition, especially in the area of individual dwellings. The fact that the post-war baby boom population is now arriving at adulthood (as well as the increase in decohabitation tendencies) has contributed to mobility in the population. However, the renewal of available housing ought not to hide the important and persistent inequalities in housing conditions that exist among Frenchmen. This is especially true in the area of comfort ; the elderly and the farming community are particularly disadvantaged in this regard.
