Abstract

[eng] New dwellings' market between 1973 and 1974 - Ministère de l'Équipement carries out also a quarterly inquiry on new dwellings marketing which allows following the market's evolution (offerings for sale and selling prices). Between 1973 and 1975, dwellings'time series showed deep contrasts :after a boom occured between 1973 and the first quarter of 1974, recession was strong until midsummer and revival of business was discernible in Paris at the end of 1975. In other respects, during that period, average selling prices per square meter increased in 44% in provinces and in 48 % in Paris.
