Abstract

[fre] Le Comité de liaison des centrales de bilans trouve son origine dans le Comité d'étude de l'autofinancement qui, dans le cadre de la préparation du VIe Plan avait réuni les représentants de différents organismes intéressés par les problèmes techniques du calcul de l'épargne des entreprises. Il a été créé en mai 1970 et regroupait à l'origine les centrales de bilans de la Banque de France, du Crédit national et de la Caisse des dépôts-SEDES. Par la suite, l'INSEE, tant du fait de ses responsabilités en matière d'information et d'études sur les entreprises que parce qu'il disposait de la centralisation des bénéfices industriels et commerciaux, a rejoint le Comité qui se réunit au moins une fois par mois.
