Abstract

[fre] Les sources d'information statistique sur les entreprises sont nombreuses et diversifiées, mais peu cohérentes et de qualité inégale. La Comptabilité nationale en a effectué jusqu'à présent une s/nthèse, macroéconomique dans ses résultats comme dans ses méthodes : les résultats sont présentés par secteurs ou groupes de produits; les arbitrages entre sources sont opérés en confrontant les totalisations qui résultent de l'exploitation séparée de chacune des sources. La vocation du système unifié de statistiques d'entreprises (SUSE) est de réaliser une synthèse microéconomique de l'information, en rapprochant les diverses informations disponibles sur une entreprise et en les rendant cohérentes entre elles. Cette synthèse microéconomique conduit à une amélioration importante de la qualité des statistiques — et notamment des synthèses macroéconomiques — et enrichit considérablement les possibilités d'analyse économique en augmentant le nombre des variables susceptibles d'être étudiées simultanément.
