L'Autriche au lendemain du traité d'état

Abstract

[fre] La structure de l'Autriche en 1956 diffère profondément de celle d'avant la guerre et de celle de 1948. Le relèvement spectaculaire de l'économie, réalisée dans les conditions difficiles de ces dix dernières années est imputable à des facteurs d'ordre industriel et financier. Le pays ainsi restauré doit faire face désormais aux obligations du Traité d'État qui comporte par contre d'importants avantages. Entre autres, il doit permettre à l'Autriche de jouer à nouveau son rôle — interrompu depuis 1938 — de carrefour des courants d'échanges entre l'Est et l'Ouest de l'Europe.
