Abstract

[fre] Résultats d'une enquête par sondage : diminution du nombre des bovins depuis un an. La forte progression des abattages, depuis 1952, étant donc due en partie à un prélèvement sur le capital. Mais les producteurs ont maintenant l'intention d'accroître les effectifs. Perspectives : risque d'un approvisionnement insuffisant en viandes de bœuf et de veau dans les prochaines années, si certaines conditions ne sont pas réalisées.
