Abstract

[fre] La situation sur les marchés mondiaux de matières premières continue à être critique. La crise alimentaire qui avait été aggravée par les mauvaises récoltes de l'année dernière sera encore sensible en 1946-47. Si l'approvisionnement en céréales paraît devoir être plus largement assuré cette année qu'au cours de la campagne 1945-46, le problème des matières grasses et du sucre sera plus difficile encore à résoudre. A l'exception des plus importantes matières premières de l'industrie textile et des métaux -légers, une pénurie d'offres règne également sur les marchés des matières premières industrielles. D'une façon générale, pour l'ensemble des produits qui sont à la base de la vie économique du globe, on peut dire qu'il y aura encore, en 1947, insuffisance de l'offre par rapport à la demande et que les perspectives de surproduction ne s'ouvriront pas avant 1948-49.
