Abstract

V lednu a v březnu 1997 se dožili významného životního jubilea - 70 let - dva přední profesoři fakulty sociálních věd UK Praha, Luděk Urban a Karel Kouba. Institut ekonomických studií FSV UK ve spolupráci s Českou společností ekonomickou se rozhodl oslavit toto výročí pracovně, společným seminářem. Redakce Politické ekonomie i organizátoři doufají, že přednesené příspěvky vzbudí zájem a pozornost širší čtenářské obce. In January and March 1997 two prominent economist Luděk Urban a Karel Kouba lived to life anniversary. The Institute of Economic Studies FSS CU Prague with co-operation of Czech Economic Association decided to celebrate the anniversary by a seminar. The speeches were focused on Czech Republic integration to the EU. Following contributions were brought forward and published in the Politická Ekonomie: Karel Kouba: Privatizace jako process redistribuce vlastnických práv (Privatisation as a process of property rights redistribution); Michal Mejstřík: Evoluční process české privatizace (Evolution process of Czech privatization); Lubomír Mlčoch: Rychlost institucionální změny a dvě koncepce transformace (A rate of institutional change and two transformations concept); Luděk Urban: Česká republika: vyhlídky na přijetí do Evropské unie (Czech Republic: A perspectives of admission to EU); Luděk Rychetník: Česká transformace viděná z kolébky průmyslové revoluce (Czech transformation seen from cradle of industrial revolution); Josef Kreuter: Česká ekonomika viděná pohledem z Bruselu (Czech transformation seen from Brussels); Vladislav Benáček: Fiskální konvergence k zemím Evropské unie a břemeno státu (Fiscal convergence to the EU and states weight); Vladimír Kreidl: Potřeba dlouhodobější orientace hospodářské politiky ČR (A need of long run orientation of economics policy); Milan Žák: Ekonomická transformace - samostatný předmět nebo součást standardních kurzů ekoomie? (Economic transformation - solitary course or a part of standard economics syllabus?)
