HOUSING IN GERMANY - A Case Study in the light of government guidelines
The following essay is for examining cost of use of real estate in a portfolio of an exemplary housing company. Here, the data initially is assigned to individual cost elements and taking into age groups. Then determined using the data, the actual amount of operating costs (as part of the life cycle costs) for the years 2007-2010 will be shown. Use the following formation of specific parameters and statistical quantities is shown that monetary variable assume operating costs and how these values correspond with state guidelines of the subsidies for the cost of accommodation of needy households as a comparison value.
