Abstract

This paper deals with the topic of talent management in companies. At present, companies meditate whether to organize their talent management in multiple talent groups in the company. The purpose of this paper is to follow such criteria for talent management that are common to businesses across different sectors. On the basis of systematic monitoring of employee development in ten large companies, I have specified a number of indicators in three areas that talent management systems need to take into account. The results of this study point to some trends that are necessary for various large companies in the implementation of talent management systems.
