Abstract

Визначення ефективної конкурентної стратегії підприємства, встановлення цілей та їх досягнення при нестабільних умовах функціонування, з мінімізацією втрат є запорукою майбутнього успіху компанії в цілому. В даному світлі питання місця конкурентної стратегії в управлінській ієрархії є актуальним. У статті проведений ана-ліз визначення сутності понять «бізнес-стратегія», «ділова стратегія», «конкурентна стратегія», «стратегія конкуренції», їх відмінностей, сформовані власні трактування даних визначень. Наведена ієрархічна структура стратегій підприємства. Determination of an effective competitive strategy of the company, setting goals and achieving them in conditions of unstable operation, minimizing losses are the key to the future success of the company as a whole. In this light the issue of the place of competitive strategy in management hierarchy is relevant. The article analyses the definition of the nature of concepts “business strategy”, “competitive strategy”, “competition strategy” their differences, gives its own interpretation of these definitions. The hierarchical structure of an enterprise is presented.
