Povestea a doua orase inteligente

Abstract

Ante Scriptum: Orice salt de dezvoltare sau revolutie in istoria civilizatiei umane a avut ca preambul o perioada de cautari si confruntari teoretice, care au fost catalizatoarele respectivelor shift-uri in paradigma istorica. Teoretizarea are rostul ei, si se doreste prin lucrarea de fata a se deschide drumul unei adaptari a teoriei de arhitectura la noile concepte legate de modelul smart city. Deasemenea, investigam predictibilitatea destinului organismului smart city si posibilele directii de morfogeneza. Studiul are la baza revizitarea conceptelor de loc si limita cu noi conotatii dezvoltate de tehnologia care are un rol de mediere vizavi de individ si comunitati. Prin redefinirea lor, conceptele capata caracteristici de variabile sau functii matematice, care pot studia sau genera eficient modele de comportament viitor ale oraselor inteligente, aceste entitati teritoriale duale, cu corp si, iata, o inteligenta artificiala IA ( IoT, aplicatii, cloud, softuri). Unul dintre aceste modele este teoria catastrofei, care poate prevedea limitele acceptarii saturarii fenomenologice (in sensul filosofic al lui Jean-luc Marion) de catre individ, sau in extremis, de catre societate. Vom descrie modul in care poate fi aplicata teoria catastrofei utilizand notiuni de teoria arhitecturii cuantificate, si modul in care sistemul filozofic al donatiei descris de Marion poate ajuta la trasarea limitelor existentei orasului inteligent. Abordarea este de tip teoretic folosind inferenta, observatia si exemplificarea prin studii de caz. Metodele de cercetare pot fi doar de natura eclectica si interdisciplinara, care sa lege teoriile atmosferelor arhitecturale, ale donatiei din filozofia fenomenologica si ale matematicii aplicate. Metoda traducerii in variabile cuantificabile a valorilor de loc si limita, are la baza incarcarea notiunii de loc a lui Christian Norberg- Schulz, cu valente conectate la specificitatea data de medierea tehnologiei intre individ si loc. Rezultatele sunt modele de comportament de natura bivalenta, filosofico matematica, pentru a descrie o noua teorie a arhitecturii, o teorie a locului inteligent. Acest tip de loc architectural cu setul lui de parametri, este un element nou de studiu, in continuarea cercetarilor din domeniul arhitecturii avand ca obiectiv diminuarea riscului si prevenirea pierderilor la hazardurile ce ameninta acest oras inteligent, fie ele antropice sau naturale.
