E-guvernarea, Romania 2000-2030. Orase inteligente si dezvoltare urbana

Abstract

Un sector public eficient si productiv poate fi un factor puternic de crestere economica, prin intermediul sprijinului oferit pentru sectorul privat si guvernarea acestuia. Aceasta lucrare isi propune sa puna in evidenta atat impactul e-guvernarii in societatea actuala si dezvoltarea acestui concept in Romania, cat si dezvoltarea urbana in corelatie cu crearea unor orase inteligente. Intreaga lume resimte revolutia in domeniul tehnologiei informatiei si comunicatiilor, avand o mare influenta asupra modului in care mediul economic, cetatenii si administratia opereaza si interactioneaza intre ele. E-guvernarea este un element esential in crearea unui oras inteligent, oferind rezolvare foarte multor probleme cu care se confrunta cetatenii, iar astfel creste calitatea vietii si este promovata inovatia. Digitalizarea vietii cotidene conduce la diminuarea timpului acordat activitatilor uzuale si necesare, oferind cetatenilor mai mult timp liber care poate fi dedicat activitatilor placute, fapt ce conduce la cresterea gradului de satisfactie fata de administratie.
