Culturi eficiente si organizatii performante. Analiza Departamentului de suport comercial din cadrul unei multinationale din sfera I.T

Abstract

Introducere. Exista un consens al cercetarilor care arata ca o cultura pozitiva si puternica determina succesul, productivitatea si nivelul inalt de inovatie al organizatiei. Obiectiv. Lucrarea de fata si?a propus analiza valorilor culturale din cadrul departamentului de suport comercial al unei organizatii multinationale. Metoda. Pentru aceasta au fost utilizate modelul si instrumentul realizate de Cameron si Quinn (1999, 2011) de evaluare a tipurilor de culturi organizationale si a dimensiunilor acestora precum: managementul, valorile, liantul si criteriile de succes ale organizatiei (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument – OCAI). Rezultatele obtinute sugereaza faptul ca departamentul analizat este caracterizat printr?un mix de elemente apartinand celor patru tipuri de culturi, cu accent pronuntat pe cultura de piata. Este foarte posibil ca o cultura eficienta sa se caracterizeze printr?o multitudine de elemente apartinand culturilor diferite. Disonanta dintre cultura actuala si cea ideala evidentiaza perceptii variate ale angajatilor in privinta culturii de tip clan si a culturii de piata. Astfel, angajatii isi doresc reducerea distantei dintre lideri si subordonati, dezvoltarea resurselor umane si estomparea politicii organizationale privind competitia dintre angajati, o mai mare preocupare fata de aspectele umane, investirea organizatiei in echipe de lucru si participare la obiective.
