Abstract

Articolul realizeaza un inventor al principalelor instrumente utilizate de catre autoritatile publice in procesul de dezvoltare locala durabila, detaliind rolul Planului de mobilitate urbana in cadrul acestui proces, pornind de la cadrul existent la nivel European si legislatia specifica din Romania. Sunt prezentate rolul, obiectivele si etapele de realizare ale planului de mobilitate urbana.
