Reforma sectorului public - instrument al schimbarii sociale durabile

Abstract

Schimbarea sociala durabila presupune implementarea unei strategii de dezvoltare care trebuie sa fie sustinuta de reforma sectorului public prin intarirea serviciile publice in educatie, sanatate si extinzandu-se si la celelalte sectoare. Lucrarea de fata isi propune sublinierea importantei rolului activ al administratiei publice si al serviciilor publice furnizate de catre acesta in dezvoltarea economica si sociala care pot devenii vectorul schimbarii societatii. Prin intermediul reformei se doreste modernizarea si adaptarea administratiei publice la cerintele societatii romanesti cat si alinierea la nivelul statelor dezvoltate ale Uniunii Europene si nu numai iar aceste deziderate presupun initierea mai multor schimbari in cadrul unui proces de durata, amplu si sistematic de transformare a sectorului public. Scopul acestei lucrari este analizarea influentei reformei sectorului public in schimbarea sociala durabila prin utilizarea metodelor calitative si cantitative de cercetare.
