Abstract

Administratia publica se confrunta din ce in ce mai mult cu probleme legate de planificarea eficienta a resurselor oraselor cat si a resurselor economice raportate la nevoile cetatenilor. Procesul de elaborare a obiectivelor si strategiilor in directia necesara de dezvoltare a comunitatilor reprezinta o mare provocare. Incepand de la identificarea corecta a proiectelor, continuand cu selectarea lor pe criterii profesionale, independente si transparente si finalizand cu implementarea eficienta si maximala a cerintelor proiectului, toate reprezinta provocari pentru o administratie cu resurse personale limitate, cu apartenenta politica si interese diferite.
