Dimensiunea universala a orasului inteligent

Abstract

Termenii in care se defineste astazi Orasul inteligent se refera cu precadere la aspectele tehnice care insotesc viata omului in comunitate, la ceea ce este menit sa deserveasca omul - si nu la ceea ce il defineste pe acesta fundamental; dar in preocuparile integraliste ale Orasului inteligent - cea mai importanta expresie actuala a comunitatii umane, pe care este de dorit asadar sa o instituim unitar -, este necesar sa ne referim, intr-un echilibru cat mai rational, atat la factorul tehnic cat si la cel uman. Trecand prin enuntul perspectivelor inedite care pot face, din acest punct de vedere, obiectul unei noi culturi si sunt in masura sa puna bazele unui nou proiect de civilizatie – studiul propune introducerea in tema Orasului inteligent a universalitatii, care defineste omul in ireductibilitatea sa. Intre universaliile care il caracterizeaza fundamental, creativitatea este cel mai profund cod uman si caracterizeaza toti oamenii si toate formele de cultura - fara exceptie; aceasta obliga societatea la un alt fel de cadru al determinarilor in comunitate, prin care sa se valorifice adevarata menire a omului (a fiecarui om), care este aceea de a institui (si nu de a administra). Modelul pe care lucrarea il propune in acest sens este unul de tip integralist-transdisciplinar.
