Abstract

La situation des investissements internationaux est un instrument financier ayant dimportantes valeurs informationnelles au niveau dun pays, pour chaque exercice budgétaire. Par la situation des investissements internationaux est reflétée dune part, la capacité financière du pays, par ses résidents, de pénétrer avec des investissements léconomie des autres pays et, dautre part, lincapacité du même pays dassurer les resources nécessaires pour le développement des investissements, ce qui la fait recourir, par des investisseurs non-résidents, a des resources externes). Notre communication met en évidence le contexte théorique des investissements a capitaux étrangers, la démarche conceptuelle, la structure informelle et le cadre réel de la situation des investissements internationaux de la Roumanie au début du troisième millénaire
