Abstract

Le future de l’Europe s’impose être conçu et orienté en rapport avec le passé historique aussi que les nouvelles tendances politiques économiques, sociales ou culturelles. On entrevoit la nécessite d’une autre dimension sur les coordonnes du vieux Continent, sur la carte du monde, en le rapportant aux autres facteurs politiques internationaux: Les Etats Unis, La Fédération Russe, L’Asie, L’Orient
