Family care and predictors of the disabled elderly in China: A cross-sectional study based on the Anderson model

Abstract

In light of China’s progressively aging population, family care with the "warmth of affection" has always been an irreplaceable form of care that meets the wishes of the majority of disabled elderly to enjoy their twilight years comfortably. Data from a follow-up survey on the influencing factors of the Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey from 2018 and the Anderson Model was used as a theoretical framework to analyze the influencing factors using a binary logistic regression model.
