Planeamento da recolha de uvas de uma adega

Abstract

Neste trabalho apresenta-se uma abordagem, baseada num modelo de optimização por metas, para o problema do planeamento da recepção das uvas de uma adega. Este planeamento é parte integrante do problema mais geral da recolha de uvas que inclui também o escalonamento das vindimas dos fornecedores e a organização do transporte das uvas destes fornecedores para a adega. O plano gerado pela metodologia proposta depende da duração no plano obtido. São apresentados resultados computacionais a partir de dados reais e dados gerados aleatoriamente.
