Abstract

This paper seeks to clarify some of the points raised in the UP School of Economics Discussion Paper 0802,ÒPhilippine GDP Growth after the Asian Financial Crisis: Resilient Economy or Weak Statistical System?Ó by Felipe M. Medalla and Karl Robert L. Jandoc.
