Abstract

Together with the development of the society and its needs, the competition on the service market continues to grow. The companies that offer this kind of services need the best card in order to impose themselves on the market. As the first two elements can also be used by the competitors, the attention must be straightened towards the third which is the quality of the persons engaged in the activity. The ability of learning quicker and faster than the competitors can be the only advantage worth to be followed.
