Abstract

Everyone makes decisions, but not everyone is a decision-analyst. A decision analyst uses quantitative models and computational methods to formulate decision-problems, assess decision performance, identify and evaluate options, determine tradeoffs and risks, evaluate strategies for investigation, and so on
