Productividad agrícola y crisis económica en el Perú

Abstract

En este trabajo examinaremos las potencialidades que existen en el Perú para elevar la producción en la agricultura campesina de la sierra. Esta perspectiva tiene coherencia clara con el enfoque de la sustitución amplia pues la mayor producción doméstica sustituiría la importación de alimentos en su conjunto. Pero, también habría algo de sustitución estricta pues varios de los productos principales que se importan también se producen en la pequeñaa agricultura, tales como trigo, cebada cervecera, leche y carne de ovino.
