Abstract

Trata acerca de una descripción fundamentada en hechos sobre la situación mundial actual; esto ciertamente, en muy grandes rasgos; se esbozan, además, algunos posibles escenarios futuros; luego vienen unas breves reflexiones acerca de las probables salidas a la crisis para terminar planteando la cuestión de su factibilidad.
