Abstract

A continuación presentamos el último discurso público que diera en vida el Dr. César Pacheco Vélez (1929-1989), con ocasión de la presentación del libro Perú promesa. El Comité de Redacción de la Revista Apuntes quiere rendir así un póstumo homenaje al insigne historiador y amigo.
