Capacidad administrativa en el Perú: obstáculos, requerimientos y perfiles

Abstract

Los papeles específicos del administrador tendrían, para algunos, una variación tan importante entre los países debido a sus situaciones propias de tipo económico, social y cultural, que serían el principal obstáculo a la práctica y enseñanza de la Administración en los países en desarrollo. A esta posición se le ha llamado "relativismo administrativo" y es menester analizarla al comienzo de esta exposición.
